• Provide technical expertise to ensure integration of climate-smart, environmentally sustainable and low-emission practices into youth-led on-farm and off-farm enterprises supported under the GFYE/RK-FINFA project.
• Provide technical guidance on climate-smart agriculture and green value chain practices.

• Co-design curriculum outlines and implementation support plans in close collaboration with PES team members and project consultants.
• Develop capacity-building plans including pedagogy and methodology for various curriculums through workbooks, templates, case studies, guides, and checklists for the PES Academy online platform.
• Review and update curriculums incorporating feedback from pilot roll-outs and scheduling new content.
• Assist in incorporating the green lens (climate adaptation and mitigation measures) and agronomic perspectives for agriculture value chain projects.
