Edna Andeyo Abasi is a Senior Agriculture and Food Security Advisor and Curriculum Development Consultant with over 10 years of progressive experience designing and implementing climate-smart agriculture, sustainable food systems, green agribusiness, and food security programmes across academia, NGOs, and the private sector. She currently serves as an Expert for the GFYE Programme (IFAD/AGRA), Senior Advisor for EACF, and Consultant for Private Equity Support. She is pursuing a PhD in Agronomy at Tharaka University, focusing on AI-driven crop yield prediction and climate adaptation, and has extensive experience supporting IFAD, AGRA, USAID, and KOICA programmes across Africa.

- Provide technical expertise to ensure integration of climate-smart, environmentally sustainable and low-emission practices into youth-led on-farm and off-farm enterprises supported under the GFYE/RK-FINFA project.
- Provide technical guidance on climate-smart agriculture and green value chain practices.
- Integrate climate adaptation, mitigation and environmental sustainability into PES-led project activities.

- Development, management and implementation of curriculum content for respective PES projects, including Rural Kenya Financial Inclusion Facility (AGRA RK-FINFA) and Green Finance for Youth Employment (AGRA GFYE).
- Conduct diagnostic reviews and capacity assessments of various SMEs; develop curriculum needs diagnostic reports.
- Co-design curriculum outlines and implementation support plans in close collaboration with PES team members and project consultants.
